Natalie Dustman

I first started rowing at the turn of the century (2000 not 1900) while in college at UC Berkley and absolutely fell in love with the sport. I continued to dabble with rowing after college and in 2014 started competing in a Master’s program. At first glance, it may seem like I fit better in a coxswain seat but one trip down the course with me and you will see that what I lack in stature I more than make up for in heart and a hugely competitive drive. I’m in the seat (any one…any time) to win and do what I need to do to make the boat go faster. I’m easy to spot outside of the boat…I’m the one wearing the trucker baseball hat. My rowing friends are my home away from home family whenever my husband and son are unable to travel with me. I look forward to the Endeavor of Racing with a new Alliance.
