Happy almost 2025!
I added a tab for the "ERA events" (camps and races). Click the tab at the bottom to find the Training Plan.
Still focusing primarily on power, pacing, breathing, and longer pieces while changing how we approach short bursts of speed.
As always, any extra work above the TP should be done at LE with a high technical focus. Drills for rhythm, breathing, sequencing, and leg dominance are all great things to practice during steady and technical rows.
Remember that while fatigue is (at times) a normal part of training, cross-training and resting as needed are key to longevity. So keep playing with fun cross-training events like run, ski, or bike races as you please. Exchange races for the hard Friday or weekend workouts! And take any additional rest days on the day immediately following or two days following hard efforts.
