Home City/State Brooklyn, NY

I was a competitive runner in high school turned rower in college. I spent 18 years starting and running Row New York which is a non-profit in NYC that bring rowing and college prep to young people from New York. I was also a professor of non-profit management at Wagner School of Public Policy at NYU. In November of 2020, I moved into the CEO role at USRowing. I live in Brooklyn with my husband, kids, cats, and dog. I love doing almost anything outdoors, but I’m also very happy to curl up with a book. I still enjoy getting in a boat with strong women and savor that moment when we shove off of the dock and all focus is on the boat and nothing else.
